Figure 10: Millimeter heads arrangement in Q-band,
for simultaneous detection of reflected (by HM1) and transmitted (by HM2)
waves. The simple reflection calibration is made with a fixed short attached at port 1.
The directional coupler DC deviates the reflected wave from port 1
to port 3. The coin (24 mm diameter) gives the size.
